The Alaska State Badminton School Team Championships are held each year the first Saturday in April.
The tournament began in 2018 with six schools and 40 players.
In 2019, player participation increased to 24 schools and 165 players.
The 2020 Championships are expected to involve over 200 players and have been postponed to the fall due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
